Using a humanistic approach, my goal as a Wellness Coach is to help my clients develop self-awareness, self-reliance, and autonomy.
Guiding them to find their own solutions and ultimately, self-healing on their journey to a healthy body and emotional wellness.
My Fitness and Wellness services include 1:1 Nutrition Coaching that focuses on guiding clients to develop healthy, sustainable eating patterns, (always taking into consideration health, religious, and personal preference) in order to cultivate lasting change and a positive relationship with food.
My Fitness and Wellness services include 1:1 Personal Training. Utilizing tools such as yoga, kettle bells, and free weights, I aim to create well-rounded, individualized functional movement programs―empowering you to build strength while fostering a mind, body, and breath connection.
